About the Role
As a Pre-Litigation Case Manager, you will manage approximately 65 to 75 personal injury cases at the point the case is opened and claims are opened through demand. You are responsible for medically managing files, supporting attorneys, and ensuring cases move forward efficiently and correctly. This role requires strong client communication skills, critical thinking, and the ability to manage details without losing momentum.
Minimum requirement: 3 years of personal injury pre-litigation experience.
What You Will Do
- Medically manage cases to ensure clients receive appropriate care
- Maintain consistent, compassionate, and professional client communication
- Manage liability, uninsured, and underinsured motorist claims
- Handle property damage issues
- Prepare and finalize demand packages.
- Work closely with attorneys and leadership to drive strong case outcomes, you must be comfortable using AI tools and various software

Zanes Law Injury Lawyers LLC
Doug Zanes founded Zanes Law in 2003. Our firm’s first office was located in Tucson, Arizona, with Doug as the only attorney. His wife Claudia, who is a business executive, helped run the business operations within the law firm. During this time, we were able to count our entire staff on one hand.
By 2008, we had added two lawyers and employed a team of 15 staff members. It was at this time that we began to focus our practice on personal injury cases. We realized that helping accident victims was far more personally fulfilling than the area of law we had been practicing.
By 2017, the firm grew to include 10 lawyers spread across three law offices. There were two offices in Tucson, Arizona, and a third office in Phoenix, Arizona. Today, we continue to serve personal injury victims living and/or working in and around Tucson, Phoenix, Nogales, Sierra Vista, Douglas, Yuma, Flagstaff, and Northern Arizona. We also serve Glendale, Casa Grande, Scottsdale, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Tempe and the entire Phoenix Metro area.
In the past 20 years, Zanes Law Injury Lawyers has recovered almost 1 Billion Dollars for our clients. Both Doug and Claudia believe that our firm owes this success to the wonderful people who work here.
